It is Broken Arrow Week! This is the third episode of a three-part series where Dani and Emkay cover the VK, 46K, and 23K at the Broken Arrow event weekend. In this episode, we focus on the 23K race, which kicks off the Valsir Mountain Running Cup and the Golden Trail National Series.
This race is packed with international talent on both the men's and women's sides, and many of the best American sub-ultra runners are toeing the line as well. We are excited about all the athletes competing!
